Coconut Flour Berry Crumble

We had this yummy paleo-friendly Coconut Flour Berry Crumble with our breakfast the other day, but it would also be amazing with dairy-free ice cream or coconut whipped cream.

I'm a fan of So Delicious Dairy Free Cashew Milk Ice Cream.

So good....

It's a delicious and rich, so watch those serving sizes.

1 Stick Melted Grass Fed Butter or try Earth Balance Vegan Butter

1 Cup Coconut Flour

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger (Optional)

Blend well and cover 16 - 24 Ounces Fresh or Frozen Organic Mixed Berries with mixture.

Bake at 375 to desired consistency and enjoy!
