Sweet & Salty Coconut Chips




2 Cups Large Coconut Flakes


1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Coconut Oil


1 Teaspoon Iodized Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt


Ground Cinnamon to taste


Heat coconut oil on medium in large skillet. Add coconut flakes and stir constantly, lightly browning the coconut flakes. Pour coconut into a large bowl, add cinnamon and salt. Voila!


This mixture can be served a number of ways!


• Drizzle with raw honey.


• Serve as cold cereal.


• Add to oatmeal.


• Eat like chips.


• Use as an ingredient in trail mix. Mix in cranberries and cashews or your favorites nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
