Here are a few recipes you can try at home to refresh, rejuvenate, and feed your skin! Please let me know if you have any questions.
1 cup Baking Soda
3 tbsp. Citric Acid
3 tbsp. Corn Starch
3 tbsp. almond oil
Essential oil of your choice.
I suggest that you use lavender essential oil to clear body acne or treat dry skin, chamomile essential oil to sooth damaged skin, or lemon essential to stimulate your blood flow and begin to improve the appearance of cellulite.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine almond oil and essential oil in another bowl, then add it to your dry mixture. Blend ingredients well. Scrunch the mixture into balls and place them on a plate to dry for about two days. This recipe should make about 6 bath bombs. You can wrap them individually and use them as you wish. Use two bath bombs per bath. Enjoy!
Herbal Hair Rinse
You will need an 8oz. spray bottle, a reusable tea bag, and fresh herb of your choosing. Catnip has been used to promote hair growth. Parsley relives itchy scalp. Rosemary is great for bringing out dark hair color and controlling dandruff. Sage heals damage hair and is great for extra oily hair.
Place the herb into your reusable teach bag, submerge into 8oz. hot water and let it steep for 15 minutes. Once the mixture cools you can pour the liquid into your spray bottle. Spray the mixture into wet hair and let it sit for at least five minutes. Rinse. Refrigerate the rest of the mixture for use as you wish.
We love feedback. So if you try these recipes, please let us know what you think!
