Vegan Garbanzo Bean Flour Pancakes



I'm pretty sure grain-free pancake recipes are part of my life's work at this point, lol. If you don't have garbanzo bean flour on deck, search "pancakes" on the blog and you'll find several other variations using coconut and almond flour. These are the tastiest yet.


1 ¼ Cup Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Flour


1 Teaspoon Baking Powder


¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt


1 Teaspoon Cinnamon


1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Pumpkin Pie Spice Extract


2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil


2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, Agave Nectar, or Honey


1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk – Add an extra splash or two to get your batter to a desired consistency.


Combine dry ingredients, add wet and mix well. Cook your cakes on medium-low heat in olive or coconut oil, top 'em with organic maple syrup and enjoy!
