Vegan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars
This recipe is so simple delicious! You can eat it raw or bake it at 350 degrees to a desired consistency.
1 Cup Whole Rolled Oats
1 Cup Oat Flour (Blended Oats)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seed Butter or Nut Butter of Choice
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Date Sugar
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Blend the ingredients well and enjoy!
