10 Stretches to Ease Low Back Pain

Stretching a minimum of 15 minutes each day can begin to restore strength, flexibility, and ease low back pain. Try integrating the following 10 stretches into your day, upon waking or before going to bed for convenience!

4. Lumbar Rotation

7. Upward Facing



8. Lying Hamstring Stretch
