I share quite a bit about mental, physical, and spiritual health. As you saw in the links about, you'll find blogs covering a range of topics from eating well, traveling for health, and anxiety to love and yoga. That's because sustainable fitness takes lifestyle change, and lifestyle change is not just about what you eat and how you move. It's also about how you think, feel, and interact with your environment.
